My name is MD Mohymenul Islam, though most people just call me Mohymenul. I'm a website UX designer and Next.js developer working out of Jashore, Bangladesh, and I've spent the last 4+ years doing one thing: turning websites into something a business can actually depend on, not just something that sits online.

I started freelancing the way most designers do — taking any project I could get, learning UX and development at the same time, and slowly figuring out where I was actually useful. What stuck was this: businesses don't need a "pretty website." They need one that's clear, fast, and built around how a customer actually decides to trust someone.

I use AI as a tool, not a shortcut around thinking. Every site I ship is reviewed, adjusted, and finished by hand — nothing goes out looking like a generated template.

Every section earns its place. If a layout choice, an image, or a line of copy isn't doing a job for the visitor, it doesn't make the cut.

From first client to two studio brands.

Year 1

Started freelancing

Took on any web design project I could find, learning UX principles and front-end development side by side with real client work.

Year 2

Found my focus

Narrowed in on website UX design and redesigns — realizing most businesses didn't need more options, they needed one clear, well-built site.

Year 3

Moved to Next.js as my default stack

Standardized on the Next.js App Router, Tailwind CSS, and a component-first workflow to ship faster without cutting corners on quality.

Year 4

Built Rugg Studio & Chenahat

Split my work into two studio brands — Rugg.Studio for cinematic, premium video edits, and Chenahat.com for a Food brand focused on transparency and authenticity about food in Bangladesh.
